Data processed by the server: account identity (name, e-mail, country, language), subscription and payments, export counter (date, rank, status), consents, notifications. They are used to provide the service, verify your plan and inform you.

Photos, videos, scripts and projects: processed and kept only on your device (browser storage). LeUpCam does not send them to its servers and keeps no copy.

Camera and microphone: access is requested by your browser when you open the camera; streams are processed locally. You can withdraw permission at any time in the browser settings.

News: two separate, optional consents (e-mail and in-app notifications), never pre-ticked, dated, and withdrawable at any time in Profile or through the unsubscribe link in e-mails.

Cookies: a session cookie is required to sign in; there is no advertising or ad tracking.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure and export of your data on simple request to the contact address; deleting the account erases the export counter, consents and notifications.
